I hate being rained on,

never an umbrella and

droplets wreck my hair,

really? I spent two hours,

straightening, blow-drying-

goop from ten different tubes,

so I'm basically whining about

time lost in a self-objectifying way

yet there's something freeing about

tossing it all aside and letting nature be,

everything's so lush and fresh even though

heavy grey clouds hang up and block out the sun.
